Support
For help with Orbit, contact BAM Meridian LLC. Include the email address connected to your account only when it is needed to locate the issue, and never send your password.
1. Contact support
Use this address for product support, privacy requests, and security questions.
2. Account help
If you can sign in, open your profile from Orbit's sidebar to change your name or email, request a password-reset link, manage Focus notifications, or delete your account. If you cannot access your account, email support so we can verify your identity and help.
3. Delete your account
Read the account deletion instructions for the current in-app process and the support pathway available when you cannot sign in.
