Delete your Orbit account
You can permanently delete your Orbit account from your in-app profile. This is different from cancelling a subscription. Orbit does not currently offer paid subscriptions, so there is no Orbit subscription to cancel.
1. Delete your account while signed in
- Sign in to Orbit.
- Open your profile from the sidebar.
- Scroll to Danger zone.
- Select Delete my account, review the warning, then confirm Yes, delete everything.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address connected to your Orbit account. We will need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

The current in-app deletion process removes your authentication account and associated profile, tasks, habits, habit completions, reflections, focus sessions, day records, notifications, push subscriptions, pending Focus notifications, notification delivery logs, activity, task events, your memberships and invitations, lists you own and their related data, and analytics data associated with your account. Limited records may be retained where required by law, and protected backups may take time to expire.
4. Before you delete
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Make sure any shared information you need has been saved elsewhere. Deleting your Orbit account does not cancel subscriptions billed by an app store or another provider; those must be cancelled separately if paid services are offered in the future.
